How do I get my files?
Instantly. The moment your payment goes through your files are in your account, under Downloads. There is no emailed link to wait for and nothing to chase, and you can download them again any time, free.
What is in the download?
A transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI and an SVG, along with alternate versions of the artwork — colour-adjusted, halftone, and inverted for dark garments — plus a short read-me covering the licence. It arrives as a single zip.
Can I sell what I make with these designs?
Yes, with no limit on how many. Print them and sell the finished physical items — t-shirts, prints, mugs, whatever you make. What you may not do is resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, on their own or as part of a bundle.
What can I print them with?
DTF, DTG, HTV and sublimation, plus cutting machines such as Cricut and Silhouette where the design suits it. Worth knowing before you buy: white ink does not sublimate, so a design that relies on white needs DTF, DTG or HTV on a light garment.
Nothing downloaded, or a file will not open?
Check the Downloads page in your account first — your files stay there permanently, so a failed download is never a lost purchase. If it is still not right, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
Can I cancel or return a purchase?
No — all sales are final. Your files are delivered the instant you pay, so there is nothing to send back and purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. You agree to this at checkout, before paying. If a file will not open, is corrupt, or is not what the listing described, email us with your order number and we will put it right.
